However, they are limited to this: they do not offer support for server-side code issues, custom configurations, or customer integration issues that go beyond their API and platform.

In such circumstances, we prefer to be honest and transparent with the customer. If we feel that we are unable to provide the level of service that the case requires, we will notify the client and decline the engagement.

Yes, our team is perfectly capable of working with already existing configurations, whether they were made by the customer himself or by other engineers. We are distinguished by our ability to quickly understand the details of a pre-existing work environment and operate effectively within that context.

Whether you need to make small changes to your configuration or prepare and implement a large series of changes, we are ready to assist you at every stage. We have the experience and skill to suggest the most appropriate changes to your setup, while ensuring a smooth and trouble-free implementation if that's what you desire.

However, it's important to stress that our approach is non-invasive: we don't aim to change your workflow, unless you ask us to optimize it. We respect your processes and your work habits, trying to integrate as best as possible without causing disruption.

All our contracts are structured to last 12 months with a monthly payment system, thus providing a high level of flexibility. We do not impose long-term obligations, as the obligation to stay only concerns the single month of use of the service. Therefore, you will have the freedom to use the server for a minimum of one month, with the possibility of renewing the service on a monthly basis, according to your needs.

Our goal is to provide you with a service that adapts to your operational needs, without locking you into long-term contracts that may no longer suit your needs over time. This is why our contractual structure provides for a monthly renewal, which allows you to periodically evaluate whether the service offered continues to live up to your expectations.

We've also made the cancellation process as easy as possible. If you decide to discontinue the service, you will only need to give us 30 days notice. This allows both parties to manage the transition effectively, without causing disruption or inconvenience.

We believe that this contractual structure, based on flexibility and simplicity, is the best suited to meet the needs of a rapidly changing work environment, while offering a reliable and high quality service.
